AUD $70,000 - $90,000 + super and bonus

Q&T Premium is seeking an Intermediate Accountant to join our Gold Coast team. You will work closely with business owners and clients across property development, management rights and other industries. We value proactive communication, teamwork and practical problem-solving, and are committed to providing professional accounting and tax support to our clients.
What you'll do
- Prepare financial statements and income tax returns for individuals, companies, trusts, partnerships and client groups.
- Prepare BAS, IAS, fringe benefits tax (FBT) and payroll tax returns.
- Liaise with the ATO, ASIC and other government and tax authorities on client matters.
- Complete basic bookkeeping work.
What you'll bring
- A degree in accounting or a related field, with CA/CPA qualification completed or in progress.
- At least one year of experience in an Australian accounting practice covering business services and taxation.
- Proficiency with Xero, MYOB and Reckon Tax.
- A collaborative approach and the ability to work effectively with colleagues.
